Yo-Go Shipping offers local and international shipping services. We strive to provide fast, affordable, and reliable delivery of packages, subject to the terms outlined herein.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed unless expressly agreed in writing. We are not liable for delays due to customs, weather, strikes, or other force majeure events. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the recipient or designated drop-off.

5. Prohibited Items

Customers must not ship items that are: - Illegal (e.g. drugs, counterfeit goods) - Hazardous (e.g. flammables, explosives) - Perishable or improperly packaged - Prohibited under the laws of any country involved in the shipment

6. Packaging

Customers are responsible for properly packaging items. We reserve the right to refuse poorly packaged shipments.

7. Customs and Duties

All international shipments are subject to inspection and clearance by customs authorities. Customers are responsible for providing accurate documentation. Customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise agreed.

8. Liability and Claims

Our liability is limited to the declared value or a fixed cap based on the service used. We are not liable for: - Delay not caused by negligence - Consequential or indirect damages (e.g., lost profits)

- Shipments lost or damaged due to inadequate packaging Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery or expected delivery.

9. Payments and Fees

All charges must be paid before shipping unless credit terms are agreed. Failure to pay may result in withholding or return of shipments.

10. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or entity for any reason not prohibited by law.

11. Data Privacy

We collect only necessary customer and shipment information. This data is used solely to fulfill services and is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Jamaica, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Jamaican courts.

14. Unclaimed Packages

Customers are expected to collect packages promptly upon notification of arrival. If a package is not collected within 14 days, Yo-Go Shipping reserves the right to: - Seize the package, and - Assume full ownership, including the right to dispose of, resell, or otherwise handle the contents at our sole discretion. No compensation will be provided for unclaimed packages after this period.
